PTFE JOINT SEALANT
PTFE Joint Sealant is made from 100% pure, expanded, virgin PTFE. The whole production process is subject to strict quality control, registered under DIN EN ISO 9001.
Because of the excellent thermal and chemical resistance of PTFE, it can be used in a wide variety of static applications in nearly all kinds of sealing situations. The exceptional malleability of expanded PTFE can compensate for non-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces and allows use with stress sensitive connections & applications where only a limited flange load is available, e.g. plastic flanges, glass flanges, etc. Regular applications are the sealing of flanges, pump housings, compressors, hand- and manholes, air ducts, compensators, heat exchangers and many more.

SILICONE RTV SEALANT
RAGCO brand RTV silicone rubber adhesive is a single component material that cures to a strong, rubbery solid when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it doesn’t flow under its own weight, it can be applied on vertical joints surfaces or overhead with no sagging, slumping or running. It will adhere many clean materials including metal, glass, most types of non-oily wood, vulcanized silicone rubber, silicone resins, natural and synthetic fibers, ceramic, paper, as well as many painted and plastic surfaces. Sold in 10.3oz caulking tube cartridges. Meets MIL-A-46106A.
Available in many colors including: clear, white, black, aluminum, and hi-temp red.
SILICONE SPONGE TAPE
Silicone Sponge Tape provides all the benefits of silicone rubber along with an easy-to-apply, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). This closed-cell sponge product offers superior service life, excellent conformability and flexibility, low-compression set, and high adhesion to a variety of materials. Available with silicone or acrylic adhesives. Excellent for high or low temperature sealing applications, thermal insulation, cushioning, electrical isolation, and vibration dampening.
CERAMIC TAPE
Ceramic fiber tape supports the extreme continuous operating temperatures. Ceramic fiber tape possesses superior chemical stability and excellent corrosion & thermal shock resistance. Glass or Inconel inserts can be added for increased strength and durability. Ceramic fiber tapes are available in various width and in both plain and drop warp styles.
SPONGE TAPE
Close Cell Sponge Tape is great for mild sealing applications. This tape works great for weather-stripping door jamb and window rail to ensure no a/c leakage or escape of wind and no arrival of bugs or drafts. Designed to use in applications on uneven surfaces for producing positive and tight seals. The combination of flexibility & conformability of this tape helps seal radius curves. It is ideal for automotive, HVAC, and construction industries to form air and weather tight seals. Other applications are cushioning, doors, door frames, refrigerator doors, vibration control in speakers, windows, casements, door jamb, deck on a boat, electronic components, & many more.
